this occured to me a week or so ago that I might have finally found something I'm supposed to be doing. lolol

As apposed to stuff I'm not supposed to do - which is the story of my life. ;)
 
I have a question regarding the comp.

Are decisions made on placing in pre-judging, only? Is the night show just 'for show' - or are they judging there, as well?
 
The evening routine IS scored and can affect placings by re-arranging 2-4 usually....it "typically" won't affect the top placing as its most usually won at the morning show.

that is the very reason why we will a bit undercarbed, but DRY, for the am show
 
The "decisions" are made at pre-judge but if there's any question, it goes to the night show. Its not a throw away. So observe your diet schedule all the way thru the end of the show.

I wasn't thinking about the diet - I was thinking more along the lines of screwing up-wise. lolol

What made me ask this questions was because (as I've mentioned numerous times before) I've been watching the NPC 2005 nationals on DVD. Dena Westerfield takes first place, despite the fact that she screwed up her night routine. lolol She had bad hair extensions in and was having problems figuring out how to flip them. Plus - her night performance wasn't all that impressive. She didn't put a whole lot into it, I guess.

that's why I was wondering.

200 mcg Clen - EVERY DAY - 40 mcg per dose - 5 splits per day

.......WITH EACH DOSE - add 750-1000mg taurine and 100-200 mg of potassium.


T-3......INCREASE to 50 mcg/day


WINNY - Shake EXTREMELY WELL and draw up ONE HALF cc and dilute to 3 cc's with water.

50 mg/cc - using 1/2 cc - that gives a total of 25 mg - that goes in 3 ccs total volume....that yields a bit over 8 mg per cc.

Take 1/4 CC daily(approx 2 mg)


...this is assuming a standard concentration of 50mg/cc.......let me know if otherwise.

Slept until 8:30 am. Woke up PUFFY! lol uber puffy under my eyes - my whole face, actually. I looked like a chipmunk. :D cheat food. My abs were def not as defined as they ahve been lately, and I just felt poofy all over. lolol

today, we moved in. I finally finished painting the bedroom on friday, so we got our bed in there and picked up our new sofa and chair. I cleaned all the cabinets in the kitchen and unpacked the dishes. Put them all through the dishwasher and put them away. Went grocery shopping at 8:30pm - store completely dead. It was perfect.

thank you Shadow and everyone else for the ear plug tip. I don't know why I didn't think of it myself. :nerd: I've been sleeping so much better, and I don't have to leave the bed. A happier home life. :heart:

good, but I suffered afterward. heart burn, and next day poofiness.

my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. I stopped when I was full, so at least I didn't feel sick. lolol

Hey girlie you look soooo great! Posing looks good as well! I see one thing... maybe it doesn't matter in BB... but your left shoulder is higher in back shot and front shot. Maybe try and compensate a tad to make the difference a tad less?!? Just a thought not pulling you a part at all just trying to help... Or hit up a massage therapist the few days before the show (prior to protanning) that may help loosen up the levator and bring that shoulder down some. Or try a levator stretch on that side. Food for thought.

Every time I use it, I get darker, quicker. When I first started, it took me 2 weeks to get a good tan. Now, I get hella dark in 6 tanning sessions. I'm trying to get extra dark for the show, but if I were just using it to get a healthy looking tan, I'd have stopped at 3.

over the last few workouts, I've noticed that my joints are creaking a bit. knees, lower back, shoulders, under shoulder blades. they don't hurt, exactly. they just feel like they lack lubrication. I need some WD40.

Otherwise, I'm okey dokey. Tired. Not very productive. I start projects and can't seem to get them finished. Lots of zoning out. lol Happy, but flakey. :D

I noticed that as well when I started getting closer. I found stretching right after a.m. cardio.. and getting in a hot tub for a few and stretching really helped warm the body up and the synovial fluid helped kinda lubricate the joints... Everything is tight and worked like crazy so you will deal with that lovely affect. Just take care of u :heart:

thank you. :rose: I figurerd it was just something I was going to have to deal with. I slept in this morning (still feel like I could sleep longer), so am off to do cardio and will take advantage of the jacuzzi at the gym.
