Ok. I was mistaken when I said my lats were wore. My whole back is SORE. lolol I realized this during my stretching before workout. wow. it feels really good.
My back hasn't been this sore for a long time.
I'm hungry this week. Not surprising, considering the calories have dropped and the cardio has increased. I've been sucking on Sugar Free Halls drops. They have some new flavors out (kiwi apple is tasty) and it helps kill my cravings for stuff I'm not supposed to eat.
I'm tired. Not surprising, either. Really looking forward to my massage tomorrow morning. I'll knock out my cardio and then pass out on the massage table.
