I was checking it online some old articles about what Shawn Ray use to eat during bulking season. It seems fine to me to eat but is out of my budget, I mean 2 ny steaks , 3 chicken breast and 1 lb of ground beef a day for 12 weeks is not affordable for every guy with kids and a wife in school. My question to anyone who's followed this bulking diet is how effective is it? if it's worth it, I'm willing to spend some of my savings to do it as long as it works to get me big.
