ok I'm getting bored with mine i only have a few here are two

Get some corn flakes crush them up dip the breast in eggs and apply the flakes cook in the oven kind of like fried chicken a little.

The other one isn't really a recipe I just cut my chicken up put it in my tuna and put hot sauce on top tastes great!!

I'm a grilling freak so I do most of my chicken that way. I buy fat free italian dressing and marinate them over night. Give them 6min a side on some really hot coals and there done. One of my fav's

oven baked fried chicken.

preheat oven to 400 degrees. cut up whole chicken into pieces, or use chicken parts of your choice.

dip chicken pieces in battered egg. two eggs should be more than enough

in baggie or plastic bag mix combine 75% flour and 25% corn meal. add seasoning salt to taste. (i use a lot of seasoning salt).

after dipping parts in egg batter put in plastic bag and shake till covered. do two or three pieces at a time.

on baking sheet cover with aluminum foil. spray with cooking spray. arrange chicken pieces skin side up. cook for 35 minutes or so. do not turn. perfect chicken every time.

I do it simple, Forman, frozen breast.

Put it on the forman untill it gets defrosted a little, then salt and pepper on the top, close lid and cook for a few untill the top is browned, then flip. Salt and pepper on this side now, cook untill very brown.
