Shakes shakes shakes

I have tried many of those shakes and I think that they are complete scams. They are making so much money of of those shakes and there are no results from the shakes. It's all a lie. You only need to healthy...no shakes are needed for good results.

Not really. You can buy unflavoured whey pretty cheap. Then you just add whatever ingredients you wont. Basically more of a liquid meal than a milk shake.

500ml of milk 2 banannas 1 scoop of protein and a spoonful of peanutbutter and sometimes i add egg whites. tried almonds but they didnt blend well lol

not much of a shake but pwo meal ;)
2 scoops chocolate whey
1 banana chopped
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 cup of white wheat (boiled soft stuff)
1 tsp of cinnamon

2 scoops vanilla protein with 12-16 oz orange juice. Dreamsicle.

Chocolate or vanilla protein with any combination of the following, fresh or frozen:
Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, banana, yogurt

Never a bad idea to add:
Ground flax seed, natural peanut butter, egg (with or without yolk), ground oats, milk

I think ground flax seed is one ingredient that is underrated. A couple tablespoons is all you need (I use 2 in a shake, once a day). An excellent source of omega-3s, fiber, and antioxidants. You don't even notice them in a shake. I usually buy whole flax and grind my own -- most cost effective. Flax oil is ok, but it's more expensive and you miss out on some of the nutrients (mainly fiber). The human digestive system doesn't break down whole flax efficiently, so grind it to get all the nutrients!

2 scoops Vanilla whey, 2 cups lowfat Chocolate milk, 2 overloaded tblspns lowfat Peanut butter and i guess its about 1/4 cup of oats and 1/4 cup of crushed pecans. I've been finding myself waking up at 3am and sucking one of these down in zombie mode.

2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Scoops ON WHEY Chocolate Mint Protein
2 Tbs Unsweetened Dark Chocolate
2 Tbs Truvia/Stevia
1 Tbs Fat Free Cream Cheese
(blend in ice cubes)

Hands down the best shake you will ever have! It tastes like a gourmet milkshake but is approx. 3g fat, 3g Carbs and 55g protein.
