I didn't think shaving my beard was going to be such a huge problem!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA and what's funny is that I was jokingly saying my beard on my face but now I think we're talking about another beard....either way i don't have a beard on my face however yeah, i shave....:D

i suggest you try seated rowing with a wide grip, as wide as you can, keep your back straight, no swigning movement. When you get the bar as close to your chest as you can hold it, 1, 2 seconds, then release slowly, 3 sets of 12, 60 seconds rest between each set. not sure if it will work for you but it does for some. Doesnt hurt to try.
 
I agree but I would use a rope attachemnt as it reduces wrist stran....
