Steroid tests are expensive. I'm pretty sure your gym would dish out tons of money to "find out" if someone is using. It's a scare tactic. Nothing more. Take down all the papers that have this on them, piss on them, and leave them at the front desk.

In my gym, there is a paper on the wall saying something like this:
We are member of blah blah, and were allowed to do uninformed blood and urine test for aas..
I'm currently on a cycle, what the fu*k should i do if the want to test me?!

but seriously, if they DO come up to you, tell them to go fuck themselves there is nothing in the world that can make you give your urine/blood - even a warrant it's hard to force someone to do it.
