Considering that the geezer who owns my gym is a pure crook who's the biggest supplier of juice on planet earth, I doubt it'd happen where I train. He'd have no more customers!!!

They are not paying you to be there so you have no duty to do anything for them. YOu PAY to workout there. Even if they did try to test there is nothing they can do. What you do outside of the gym is your own business. That would be invasion of privacy.

The only people who can require you to provide samples is the polis with a warrant from the court. You can be asked to provide in things like jobs that have drugs policies but they cant require you.

it's not the gym that do the tests, it's people sent from the government who go around in different gyms. You can refuse it as i said, but according to the contract it's counted as a positive test

unless you signed a contract stating they can do this,then no fucking way can they make you do a blood/urine test, id sue just to make a point
