I'd have to think about it more... but even if you did sign something in your membership contract you might even still be ok (meaning you wouldn't forfeit your membership for refusing the test). I'm pretty sure the would-be tester has to establish a "legitimate business reason" for doing a test. My guess is they would claim the reason to be "safety"... but connecting the dots between keeping out steriods and creating a safe environment in the gym would be tricky.

i'm swedish as well, in almost every gym's contract it says if testers arrive and you refuse to leave a sample it is counted as a positive test. I've heard of only 3 cases around sweden where they have actually came to the gym. If you don't want to get the police to force you or have your membership confiscated jump out of a window and run the hell out of there (a friend of mine told me 2 big juicers opened up a window and most people ran away in the middle of the winter. If you're not very very big and people don't know in the gym that you're juicing there is nothing to be afraid of. They take samples but don't send them in for analysis because it's goddamn expensive.

Chill out and keep working out, but keep an eye open for a window that's easy to open just in case , in the worst case just tell them you snooked in without a membership (and never signed anything) because they are not allowed to search you unless they are cops

In Sweden the laws may be different, but it's still doubtful that a gym owned by a civilian would care so much as to randomly test their customers and, more importantly, dish out the money. It's likely it's a scare tactic.

if your contract says that they have the power than they can do what ever they want, cause you signed your life away. If it doesnt say it in your contract tell them to stick it up their ass and go play on a highway.

It's useless to give him advice if we don't know the laws in Sweden. Everyone is saying it's a scare tactic, but how do they know?? I would ask your swedish buddies bro. Only they would know for sure. Regardless, it still sounds crazy!

If they tell you to take a test, take the cup in the stall and shit in it. Hand it back and tell them to test away. Then go find another Gym..
