Oh Gawd!!! Now you sound like sbt with the salad & chic!!! lol I don't care how long it's been since I've eaten junk. I'm ALWAYS down! lol I'll either do wine (and get my back if I do) or a Vodka/diet something.

Besides a "cheat meal" is often a scheduled part of a diet that we hardcores prefer to call our "carb up"...

I am so sore from the lunges, yet so happy! I had not had that feeling in a long time..tired yes, and gym bound in about an hour! Hope you're good!

Well it sounds like you are getting the gym bug, i.e. "Soreness" means it works & you found some new muscles, but you still want to go back for more!

Well it sounds like you are getting the gym bug, i.e. "Soreness" means it works & you found some new muscles, but you still want to go back for more!

Today i would just (physically) to saty hoem and just plain relax...BUT mentally...Ay ay ay...
I need to feel those endomorphins, or it may be chaotic!
How's moving preps going? I have wanted to tell you I have a cousin in GA Tech doing his PHD, in something I don't know the name...LOL He predicts possible ¨failures¨or ërrors...must be something like control theory...Now working on Black Hawk Helicopters...I think something you would like in that Lab. My Intellectual friend!

Yea - been sleeping well, not stayn up until 5 am, the alarm goes off at 7:15, I think about getting up for 2 hrs & then get up. I actually dreamed I did cardio yesterday morning.

Today the crunch is on -- clean the whole house. I finished my office last nite - miracle... NOw the rest of it. You think my cat could stop shedding for one day? Just 1???


Hopefully get in some cardio tonite after the realtor leaves. I'm feelign very water retentive which drives me nuts....
