I know for a fact that I'm not 8.3% ... sorry I just haven't had the time to ask more details about how to correlate what he's measuring vs the whole bf% thing.
I loved the carb-ups. Definitely prefer yams & cream of rice to regular potatos. Weight stayed pretty stable at 144-145 lbs. I took some pix but not of each day's different carb up. Generally my upper body was very full & solid. It blows my mind how lean my back & chest look.
This morning I looked sorta flat I thought and started 2 days low carb. Only thing I notice is just that I've very thirsty. Otherwise energy is good and just my usual boredom at work...
Try this again. Yes. By your reckoning I am 8.3%. But the relevant point is that I have 12 lbs of unwanted fat on my body that needs to be gone by May 14.
1st day on low carb cycle again. The food was fine - only get hungry when its time to eat. However if I wait too long, God help those around me. Only issue was getting dry. I was thirsty even after drinking water.
Training. Holy Quads Batman.
