Sashimi/Sushi

Exactly how much protein can one expect to get from sashimi and sushi? I ate a huge dish of a sashimi/sushi combo (about 15 pieces assorted sashimi and 6 tuna rolls) from a nice little japanese restaurant today. I eat the stuff all the time, but never really pondered how much protein is actually in those pieces of raw fish...anyone care to take a guess?

love all spicy rolls
the protien content varies depending on how thick the sushi chef slices the pieces
it is fairly clean protien and minimal fat
most have no added sugar (except unagi)
and the short grain rice is lower gi than standard long grain rice
nori is high in minerals
so it seems to be a win win situation
i have my sushi fix once a month
but if i could afford it would have it daily

I think the sashimi was sliced pretty think (maybe 1/2"), so I would think that eating that whole plate of them would get me a solid amount of protein. Though there arent a lot of carbs in the dish itself (except for the white rice in the tuna rolls), I usually eat a banana or two later for dessert. Sashimi and sushi is just so damn good with wasabi and pickled ginger, I'd eat it every day if I could.

hamachi
ikura
toro
unagi
spicy crab
spicy yellowtail
spicy tuna
spider rolls
rainbow rolls
tiger's eyes

all my fav and i could eat them daily
