HI , GOOD MORNING I'M BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!! I was for coupel of days out of Florida, but all this days I workout due to my schedule I did cardio. But any changes, except my Period came yesterday...so maybe because this my weight was higher.

I still feel DEPRESSED, I CAN'T drop off anything, my clothing are still so tight.
I feel like s..t, because I workout so hard, I do cardio so lot, I watch everything I eat,I dring lot of water, I checkeing my sugar...and NOTHING!!!!

I was just curious as to when you took the Lasik 20mg diuretic if you saw a drop in scale weight? If you didn't, I don't think you are fighting water weight.

I saw on the first page of this log that you are trying to eat 1200cals/daily, but are you putting your numbers through fitday daily? What kind of macro breakdown are you going for? Are you incorporating any cheats? I'm just wondering if you're not eating enough to support all your activity or if you could zig-zag your calories a little more over time?

Hi, after Lasix..any changes with weight...I writeing each day what I eating but sometimes I don't put it in FITDAY I have to do this. I have feeling maybe I don't eat enough..for ex. this weekend I skip lot of meals and I was very active. I'll go put my food in fitday.

***DOnt worry so much about weight. Its just a number on the scale. When I did a comp prep...my weight stayed around the same but my BF% went from 31 to 18 .... thats more important..LEAN body mass ....

This would be my guess too! I have held on to weight in the past and even gained some by making that mistake. Make sure you're eating enough to support your lifestyle - 5 to 6 small meals through the day and ensure that you hit your cals and macros daily. Good luck!

COBB salad...not prepare home...I was celebrate B-day of my friend. I had 2 glasses of Vodka+grapefruit juice+cranbery juice...I'm curios what happend tomorrow with my weight!!

This week I take OFF from gym I'll be do just light cardio...I need littel bit rest, I'm so busy now.
