I have changed it up this past week cause
1. Busy with work
2. Needed my body to not get used to the same ol routine
Primarily i started doing a bunch of drop sets and supersetting.
Tuesday was back day:
15 min cardio warmup
2 sets of 12 pull ups:warmup
Lat pd superset with isolateral row
4 sets 12 reps
120×12 then 2 plates each side on iso row 12 reps
140x12 then same as above
160x12 then same as above
180x8 then same as above
Reverse grip pd with seated row
120x12 then 120x12
140x12 then 140x12
160x12 then 160x10
180x10 then 180x6
Tbar drop sets
4 35lb plates then dropping 1 plate after each for 12 reps or to failure
Barbell bentover row superset with shrugs
135x12 135x12
185x12 185x12
225x10 225x12
225x8 225x12
Time in the gym 48mins
**ostarine is amazing! I went from 200 to 191 in 3 1/2 weeks eating at a minor deficit and still on the most part able to maintain my strength. I havent done any real cardio work and feel as though diet is more important. Ive kept it clean on the most part but def had some cheat meals along the way. I think its alright to cheat once in a while or youll either burn yourself out or just drive yourself crazy. So far i gotta really hand it to sarms1 for making such a great product. I will be using osta for another 4 weeks at 25 mg then do another small pct.**
