For those of you who don't know anything about me:
30 years old
5'10
195lbs
14% bf
1 cycle of test c/eq for 20 weeks and also anavar at 50mgs then bumped to 100mgs for 12 weeks

My current lifts are: (what i think are the most important anyways)
415 deadlift
415 squat
315 incline bp

Product that will be logged:

Dosage and Duration:
12.5mg ed 1-2
20mg ed 3-4
25mg ed 5-6

Goals:
I will be using Ostarine for its cutting/recomp abilities.
I would like to end up at 185-190 at 10-12% bf

Diet:
My maintenance intake is at 2940 calories a day
I will be eating around 2700-2800 calories a day

Thanks alot guys!! Excited to start had a rough couple days at work. Woke up at 430am went to the gym at 530am.

Workout:
30 min Cardio interval runs
1min sprints 30 sec jog
Did 4.31 miles and was actually feeling really good.

Meal 1 @630am
8 eggwhites
4 kashi blueberry waffles
1 glass cranberry juice

Snack 1 @ 9am
2 almond butter and banana sandwiches

Meal 2 @ 1130
4oz flank steak
1 cup white rice
1/2 cup assorted veggies
1 cup cranberry juice

Water count: 1/2 gallon so far im behind i was trying to get to 1 gallon by 1pm.

Today is leg day

So far today i had 3 meals and as you can tell im a little lazy writing it all out.

I am happy though cause i finished 1 gallon of water.

Yesturday it was crowded in the gym again...which i hate so i just did backworkouts to increase the thickness of my back. I think i might split my back workouts from now on. I might do width workouts like pulldowns and pullups for example and also with lower back.

Also its been four days @25mgs of osta and im feeling that sense of well being. I am not super sore and im looking leaner it comes to show you how even small tweeks in ones diet can be crucial. For all those who are looking to get cut...its always about the diet and your discipline to stay focused on your goal. You could take tren, anavar, clen, gw, and have a dirty ass diet and it wont do you shit.

As you can tell im hungry.....need to eat be bak to update later

Feeling pretty tired this morning when I came into work.

Im trying to cut carbs a little more, so maybe that's why im feeling more lethargic then usual.
One thing I do feel about Ostarine is that I sleep freaking awesome while on it. You could start a chainsaw in my bedroom and i'll probably sleep through it.

I love how ostarine is still allowing me to lift heavy while eating a defecit. I have dropped some weight and im going to pick up on my cardio a little bit. I dont want to lose my size i just want to do enough cardio to get me to lose fat.

I am really enjoying ostarine. This product is really shinning as im eating at a slight deficit and im still able to maintain most of my strength.

Ever since i started the product i was very anxious and was worried about the "lows" most people get while "off". But that wprry all melted away and im feeling good and able to still lift AS heavy.

**ostarine is amazing! I went from 200 to 191 in 3 1/2 weeks eating at a minor deficit and still on the most part able to maintain my strength. I think its alright to cheat once in a while or youll either burn yourself out or just drive yourself crazy. So far i gotta really hand it to sarms1 for making such a great product. I will be using osta for another 4 weeks at 25 mg then do another small pct.**

Starting monday will be my 4th week and since i will be continuing for another 4 weeks i think im going to change my training a little bit.
The first 4 weeks proved to me that ostarine can help you continue making gains even after eating at a deficit. The overall feeling you get from being to accomplish heavy volume with 8to12 rep ranges made me a firm believer in sarms1.com products.
These next few weeks i will be adding more cardio to my routine while eating at maintence. I will be trying to recomp as much as i can. Im sure with ostarine it will facilitate the process but im going to test that.

**ostarine is amazing! I went from 200 to 191 in 3 1/2 weeks eating at a minor deficit and still on the most part able to maintain my strength. I havent done any real cardio work and feel as though diet is more important. Ive kept it clean on the most part but def had some cheat meals along the way. I think its alright to cheat once in a while or youll either burn yourself out or just drive yourself crazy. So far i gotta really hand it to sarms1 for making such a great product. I will be using osta for another 4 weeks at 25 mg then do another small pct.**

Just finished my last dose of ostarine from bottle one. I took 25mg ed and i took it for about 6 weeks. Im surprised i finished it so quickly...i think using the half the dropper does not properly dose the ostarine. It should of went for 60 days but i went 43 days. Well I will be starting another bottle then a quick pct then I was going to jump into the sarms1 cut stack for the summer.

Can i take the cut stack right after I finish my ostarine or do i wait till after I finish my mini pct?

Did you ever squat a top of 12 before the OSTA? You're lifting heavy on a minor calorie deficit I see. But I haven't seen anything (not saying you didn't write it, just didn't see it) on what your best lifts were before the OSTA. I only see what you did for max.

Ive never really tried to lift to surpass my pr's while on osta. I am somewhat close to some prs but i never really lifted my pr weight. I always try to go the full 12 rep ranges on all my lifts as well.

Then bumped it to 1500iu per week for two weeks after last pin

What i was worried about most after my cycle was
1)my mental state after the test lvls going back to normal (my focus, depression, lack of motivation)
2)me losing my gains

Ostarine solved both issues for me. It has kept me focused and the sense of well being that you while on cycle you def have with osta. I have so far with the help of osta have kept all my gains. People still think i am on! And also my strength is nearly the same.

Didn't you mention this was a mini-pct? Your PCT looks 1 compound short of an AAS PCT! When you said mini, I assumed a small dose of nolva or clomid.

How long you been in PCT? You still good?
