Btw i really am enjoying the benefits of ostarine. My shoulder which used to hurt actually is nothing more then a feeling of being pumped up after a workout. I love how ostarine is still allowing me to lift heavy while eating a defecit. I have dropped some weight and im going to pick up on my cardio a little bit. I dont want to lose my size i just want to do enough cardio to get me to lose fat.

That's awesome Bro. Im am just getting to the end of my first week on Ost as part of pct. The first few days were a bit rough as I adjusted, but by day 4 I started firing on all cylinders. Now im loving it. Getting strength & wod or running in the morning and cycling 20k or walk 7k in the afternoon.

My diet seems to be a little all over the place this week cause i was on the road for work. I had prepped my meals but i couldnt eat every 2 to 2.5 hrs that i normally do. I kinda felt like i was dragging because of that

I seem to have lifted in cardio a lot since transition from LGD to Osta. Took a leaf out of your book and did run then interval sprints after strength today :) loved it!

I am really enjoying ostarine. This product is really shinning as im eating at a slight deficit and im still able to maintain most of my strength.

Ever since i started the product i was very anxious and was worried about the "lows" most people get while "off". But that wprry all melted away and im feeling good and able to still lift AS heavy.
