lol...I'm a bit the same too. I did the first dose with a teaspoon of sugar free irish cream flavoring but this morning...straight up! I just started GW :)

Yesturday was Chest day only cause everyone was doing things in the powerrack or squat rack.

Decline bench press

Today is leg day

So far today i had 3 meals and as you can tell im a little lazy writing it all out.

I am happy though cause i finished 1 gallon of water.

Yesturday it was crowded in the gym again...which i hate so i just did backworkouts to increase the thickness of my back. I think i might split my back workouts from now on. I might do width workouts like pulldowns and pullups for example and also with lower back.

Yesturdays workout was as follows:

Also its been four days @25mgs of osta and im feeling that sense of well being. I am not super sore and im looking leaner it comes to show you how even small tweeks in ones diet can be crucial. For all those who are looking to get cut...its always about the diet and your discipline to stay focused on your goal. You could take tren, anavar, clen, gw, and have a dirty ass diet and it wont do you shit.

As you can tell im hungry.....need to eat be bak to update later

Nice updates, bro. Ostarine is no joke especially from sarms1 I wish I could run it for 12 weeks right now...8 was just starting to scratch the surface.
