ISO whey protein shake mixed in 8 ounces of water and 1 can tuna

bedtime 8 raw egg whites

I comsume on average 4-5 liters of water daily

8 oz. of grilled haddock a day??? i wish i could afford that for everyday.. damn i have a mean recipe for grilled haddock... and i agree with the 2 post before me.. lets hear the cutting goes!

there is a lot of this vietnamese fish going around lately in my area that is going for cheap. i usually pay 3.69$ (cdn) for a frozen package of 680g. when i do go back to montreal, i get a great deal for cod fillets for 3.50$ per lb also frozen.
i have to admit that fresh seafood is expensive!
and i would love to hear your recipe for that grilled haddock

FYI, i'm currently at 18.48% BF using the tools at mybodycomp.com
