Ok guys, first off you'll have to excuse my ignorance here, but which is which? I have always thought that delts where the muscles behind your neck? Traps are??....I read a lot about delt strength helping bench, im going for 400 lbs and need all the help I can get.
After you answer my stupid questions, what are some good lifts for training them. I do a good bit of back work, but I am not sure I am hitting these or not. Any advice is appreciated!
