Offseason for rugby just started and we're already starting get ready for next season. My coach said that I need to lose 15lbs by August if i want any consideration for overseas play. The only problem is, my training schedule is so hectic, so i can't really go on a keto type diet, since all the energy i can get. Can anybody recommend a good diet for my situation? thanks
my schedule:
S: off
M: strength training/plyometrics
T: practice/ track work
W: strength training/ plyometrics
TR: practice/ position specific
F: strength training
SA: slow distance
