Nutrition....LOL....such a challenge. I feel like I'm always complaining on here!
But I'll be honest...I'm struggling already with the diet I have. It's very different from what I'm used to. It's the first time I haven't been given calories or macros and just given a set meal plan with no substitutions. There is a training day plan and non training day plan. I'm not a big one for shakes if I can eat the real food and this uses 2-3 shakes/ day.
I'm going to give it one more week and trying to trust the process and then if it's not working will have a discussion about changing a few things. I'm going to put the food into fitday too and get the numbers...just to see.
Anyway....that's where I'm at nutrition wise. Probably pms because I feel particularly discouraged about it today but I'm absolutely determined to get through it and break my weight plateau!!
