Ive just recovered from a weeks illness. im looking to get back into my rountine for weightlifting. i trained today did back and shoulders but i would like to know if its ok to do some areobic exercise tomoro or should i wait a day to recover.
im only going to do 20 minutes of jogging max. is it ok to train the day after a weight session or will this harm any muscle growth?
