Ive just recovered from a weeks illness. im looking to get back into my rountine for weightlifting. i trained today did back and shoulders but i would like to know if its ok to do some areobic exercise tomoro or should i wait a day to recover.
im only going to do 20 minutes of jogging max. is it ok to train the day after a weight session or will this harm any muscle growth?

That aside: What are your goals? Are you trying to bulk up? If you're trying to bulk up, I'd avoid any cardio.
 
yeah im trying to bulk up but ive got a nice little six pack i can see coming through. and i want to get the flab of my tummy.
 
20 min of cardio even during a mass cycle wont hurt you. Even if you do it every day. Hell, I usually do 20 min on a bike or eliptical before every workout just to warm up.
