16 oz hazelnut coffee with 2tbsp unsweetened almond milk, Stevia

9:45am:
1/2 cup Fiber One mixed with:
1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 tbsp s/f butterscotch jello pudding mix

10:30am: 75 min yoga

1pm:
3 oz salmon
large salad (2 cups romaine, 1/2 cup tomatoes, celery, onions,tri-color peppers) with 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar & 1 tbsp flax oil

4pm:
3oz grilled catfish with chopped brocc & green beans stir-fry

6pm:
4 oz lean ground turkey with 2 cups oriental blend veggies
4 oz sweet potato

8pm:
4 oz lean ground turkey, 1.5 cups okra, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes with garam masala & cayenne pepper

10pm:
1/2 cup cc, 1 tbsp walnuts with 1/2 tbsp s/f chocolate jello pudding mix

Totals: 1485 cals (134.5g carbs, 151g protein, 32g fat)
 
Wow, your diet is unbelieveable! Do you prepare all that food ahead of time and portion it off for the week? I only have to pack ONE meal a day to eat at work and it's just ridiculous how much work cooking on Sunday for all week is! Go you! :rose:

Hey girl! :wavey: Thanks for stopping by. I pack two meals to work and I just make them the night before. I have mastered the art of quick cooking (wok stir-fry, baking or broiling with the toaster oven) and smart buying (pre-cooked frozen brown rice, pre-sliced veggies), so everything else I just make before I'm ready to eat. It's been working out well so far and I love to eat hot cooked meals :)

16 oz hazelnut coffee with 2 tbsp chocolate whey

6:30pm: Cardio
30 mins boot camp (jumping jacks, high jumps, squat thrusts, push-up sequences, shoulder holds, ab work)
25 mins elliptical - crosstrainer mode, varied resistance randomly from low to high


8pm:
3.5 oz salmon
large salad (2 cups romaine, 1/2 cup tomatoes, celery, onions,tri-color peppers) with 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar & 2 tsp flax oil

I have pissed off the technology gods badly. I got my work-issued laptop finally connected to my wireless card and then the battery died. It's Dell, so the only way I can get a new battery is to order through them :bawling: As one last attempt, I'm going to drive back to my home office (40mins each way) at lunch time, to see if my lan administrator can help me.

Incline Chest Press - quarter rep + full rep
3 sets to failure with 25lb dbs
2 sets to failure with 20lb dbs

Lat Pull-down underhand grip - quarter rep + full rep
5 sets of 12 with 60lbs

Shoulder Press - quarter rep + full rep
5 sets to failure with 15lb dbs

I'm sorry about your POS computer -- that freakin' BLOWS! My computer at work is so damn slow and freezes all the time -- I HATE that technology can make us so mad, ya' know!
