I have recently gotten into rock climbing as a form of recreation and I don't think of it as a "workout". At the same time I know I'm burning calories and working out my back quite a bit. I have recently started a cut, lifting and doing cardio 6x a week, and I am also rock climbing 3x a week on top of it. I just started ostarine at 12.5mg to help with muscle preservation and to prevent over-training. I have the next 8 weeks to dedicate only to training and I want to take advantage of it.
Does anyone know how many calories rock climbing burns? It seems very difficult to approximate to me. Also is rock climbing 3x a week on top of working my back directly at the gym once a week over-training? Will the Ostarine help with this? Should I add another SARM to the mix?
