Back and Biceps (Pull Day)

First workout in a few days, have finally recovered from my sickness so ready to push back into it and give it my all. With the lack of Anadrol now, you can clearly see lifts have lost a bit of strength, and my size is less bulky overall, but still gave it a good session.

Workout tonight was as follows:

Pull Ups
Set 1: 12

Reverse Lat Pull Downs
Set 1: 45kg x 12
Set 2: 65kg x 12
Set 3: 85kg x 8

T-Bar Rows
Set 1: 20kg x 12
Set 2: 40kg x 10
Set 3: 50kg x 8

Face Pulls
Set 1: 15kg x 12
Set 2: 22.5kg x 10

Rear Delt Flys
Set 1: 32kg x 12
Set 2: 64kg x 9

EZ Bar Curls
Set 1: 25kg x 15
Set 2: 40kg x 10

Preacher Curl Machine
Set 1: 20kg x 12
Set 2: 30kg x 9

Hammer Curls
Set 1: 17.5kg x 12

Overall, glad to be healthy again and ready to push back into it!

@nathanblifts This is a fantastic workout you put together. I love the pull ups to start, I usually like to start my pulling day with some monkey bars. Those are awesome.

Yeah bro 100%, I love starting off with any hanging movement to open up my shoulders, helps me connect to my lats in the following exercises!

Thanks bro, just been listening to @Gains Man and starting every session with one set of Pull up. Really helps connect to the muscles, and then the reverse lat pull downs really blow them up afterwards. 💪

gainsman is a smart dude. @nathanblifts Pull ups are definitely a good way to open things up. You should also do push ups as well on your pushing day.
