Physique and Meal Log
Fasted Weight : 90.0kg
Started off the week with a virus that passed through my family which hindered my goals a little bit. Missed a few workouts during the week and didn’t hit my macros everyday due to fatigue and loss of appetite, which is very frustrating seeing as we are only running anadrol for a short period of time. As of writing this, I am still sick, and took a couple days off to rest, but have been trying to maintain my eating as best as possible to hold onto my mass.
As there was only one week left on cycle, I’ve decided to finish it early due to my sickness, and am dropping back down to 250mg of Test E per week and getting my bloodwork’s checked to get everything back to optimal levels. Again, this is something that’s really frustrating for me, as anadrol was working miracles for the first two weeks. Despite this, I’ll come back in a week hopefully being able to train and push as hard as before, and am very excited to make some really good progress again.
As for my macros, goals remain the same as previous logs, aiming for high protein high carbohydrate diet, whilst keeping fat levels low. This has been more difficult this past week with a loss of appetite, which has caused me to lean out a little bit, affecting my overall goal to bulk. Overall, it’s just a small setback which can easily be overcome.
For my meal example, I made protein pancakes this week, managing to pack in 53g of protein, 150g of carbs, and only 23g of fat. This was a very good example of the types of meals I am eating on this bulk, as it ensures I am eating plenty of carbs and protein whilst keeping fat low. Total calories were 980, but can be increased with the addition of syrup, fruits, or even ice-cream (small portion to increase carb intake).
I have attached below photos of the protein pancakes, and physique check-ins. Overall not a great week, but it’s just another hurdle in the race.
