I reccomend doing a shitload of reverse hypers at least 4xs a week to speed recovery.

I don't know if I've ever seen one of those machines in a gym. I know my gym doesn't have one :(

You wont find these at your normal commercial gym. They would rather spend thousands of dollars on crap instead of the truly invaluable equipment like reverse hyper. Most dont have quality barbells let alone specialty bars like a safety squat bar. You have to find a hardcore gym with quality equipment. They are hard to come by,but they do exist. The reverse hyper and glute ham raise are essential for building a huge squat and dl.

Impressive numbers, interesting workouts. I would be more inclined to believe you (not that I'm saying you're lying I'll take your word for it) if you had a video. I also powerlift I compete at 198,220 all natural drug test federation. I do a high volume workout as well, but my core lifts are in the more traditional range during meet season. I'm curious to know WHAT you're eating and also if you focus on bench or do you spread the love around on all 3 lifts?
