Impressive numbers, interesting workouts. I would be more inclined to believe you (not that I'm saying you're lying I'll take your word for it) if you had a video. I also powerlift I compete at 198,220 all natural drug test federation. I do a high volume workout as well, but my core lifts are in the more traditional range during meet season. I'm curious to know WHAT you're eating and also if you focus on bench or do you spread the love around on all 3 lifts?
