Hi all.
I saw this chick the other day, doing a reverse-grip plams facing you barbell press, I was told what it was called by another girl, I wouldn't ask the girl that was doing the actual exercise, cause she is a total bitch, and I would love to seriously kick her ass if she continues with her attitude with me.
Anyway: What is the benefit of doing the press with a reverse grip ? It is basically the same as your standard shoulder press ? the girl told me it hits more of your front delts, and for this move keep the weight load light.
Had to ask you all first, cause I don't do anything without checking with all of you who know so much !
