Raw eggs good or bad?

So what is the consensus on eating raw eag whites...who does it and what are the possibilities of getting sick from it. Any tips from anyone who does do this and is it worth it or can the protein shake fill its place.

And found this stupid video on you tube but thought it was funny because I have seen guys do improper cycles and have the same shit happen..lol. The kid is creative ill give him that.

Raw eggs are fine for you and actually better than cooked eggs. Google it. The whole salmonella thing is kind of bullshit. It's really only a threat to kids and old people, or people with weak immune systems.

I tried it and puked right away. Not for this guy.
 
The salmonella comes from the outside off the egg shell - when the egg contacts the chicken and feces in the laying process. If eggs are washed properly there should be no issues eating them raw. Do your best to not let the shell fall in the egg.

You always thought your grannie just didn't like crunchy omlettes / no she knew farm eggs aren't usually washed properly and the shell can make you sick.
 
The human body cannot completely and safely digest a raw egg white. So, if you like to do the "Rocky Routine" with a raw egg or raw egg white in your drink, you are wasting your time, not to mention the threat of Salmonella. Avidin, which is found in raw egg whites, blocks the uptake of Vitamin B6 (Biotin) causing a vitamin deficiency. You must cook the egg white to neutralize the Avidin and allow your body to safely digest the protein and utilize all its Amino acids.

I eat raw, whole eggs daily. I was just advised to wash the outside, so I've started doing that. No problems for me. I just chug 'em or put a few in a shake.
 
I just crack them in a glass first so i can see any blood , thats shit concerns me raw , i still preffer them cooked but some times im out of time .

I eat raw eggs. I almost puke everytime but i am getting better at it now. I have recently just started putting them in my shakes.

Yeah but that's why egg yolks are rich in biotin
