As far as routines go, BloodDrinker BigDogg, and Valdez are right. Don't hit it more than 3 times a week, 4 at most.
Most importantly, never underestimate the importance of rest and nutrition!!!! You will need more sleep than you were getting previously and you will need much more protein and more calories in general.
