I'm 6'1", 188lbs, 27 years old. I don't know my body fat percentage... but I carry a little too much chub in my torso, and I'm too skinny every where else! I work in the oilfield with no way of knowing my schedule, or where I'll be. I only have a cooler to store food in. I keep a small gas grill with me also. Any suggestions on how to follow a strict diet regimen while in my situation? My other concern is trying to keep the volume of groceries on hand that it seems to take to achieve the results I'm looking for.
on a side note, I do work out an average of 4 days a week. I found a chain of 24 hour clubs that are located every where I work (it's either this, or hardly work out at all).

Pretty Much get your carbs and protein requirement packed away in the form of Chicken Breasts and Oats/milk

If I had to I would eat Just Raw Oats in milk with a tad of Cinnamon for my Carbs
and Seasoned chicken breasts where I could Dip them in BBQ sauce etc

then on your days off eat more a a Family human diet lol

Thanks. I guess I'm on the right track. I also carry the Tuna pouches with me, and some anpb

that's good too... also be sure to drink a lot of water throughout the day and not to completely neglect your fruits and veggies.

for your routine, i think having an A/B day would be a good idea as you can alternate each time you go to the gym since your schedule is pretty hectic. It would help you to stay somewhat organized while also compensating for your schedule.

Thanks for the advice. I try to keep apples, bananas, and oranges when I can. I'll work on the veggies. Are there actually any existing supplements, or juices that truly provide the same nutrients as the actual fruit and vegetable?
Also, at the risk of sounding stupid... what is it you mean by a/b day?

you can take a multi vitamin (i take something called every man, which i heard has a good absorption rate), but you should still have fruits and veggies like you mentioned.

by A/B day i am suggesting that you have an A workout and a B workout and alternate each one because since your schedule is unpredictable and you don't know when you'll be working out, i think it would help keep you somewhat organized.
