Need a good one. Not skulls, my elbows are sore as hell from increasing strength on them too fast. Pressdowns are in. Want another good mass exercise though, none of that shaping bullshit. Don't feel like doing close grip, but maybe. Hmmmm...
I simply use close grip bench and hammer strength dip machine. Allos you to use more than your bodyweight and dont have to worry about plates hanging between your legs etc.
My reply was for overhead extensions. Thanks guys. As for dips, I did free weight last cycle for tri's and added like 65lbs. in 7 weeks and it was killing my joints. So, that's out.
