Very true. Good point.
The only problem is that when you are dealing with a magazine, you are usually dealing with the uneduacted public. They read something, and think it will work for them. They will follow something blindly, without every asking 'why' or how they can switch something around.
I mean, how many new poster's here have you seen that come and say "I am doing everything I can, I eat good, I train hard, and I can't lose fat!" -- but then find out they are eating the wrong food choices, doing cardio 800x a week, and lifting the pink dumbbells because they will "turn in to a man"!
The public is set up to fail, on the basis of their ignorance and gullibility (is that a word?) - and the fact they beleive blindly, without taking responsibility for themselves.
Thisn is my opinion, as harsh as it sounds.
