It seems taht everytime i weight lift i keep getting bigger rather than more defined and cut. i mean i try to lift lighter weights with more reps but that doens't seem to be working. i doubt it's the eating habits because i dont consume enough calories to gain a lot of muscle. please give me some tips to help me because i wanna get more cut and defined rather than big and stocky.

3000-4000 calories a day, Very few carbs, Water. If you have alot of water weight than try Taraxatone by Cytodyne...

your lucky blaze, it's like you have steroids naturally in your body and you don't know it. Be happy you can gain like that, some people can't gain anything unless the juice. I can't gain lifting heavy and eating 24hrs, but juice helps alot. I'm jealous.

You lucky mother fucker!!!
cant belive your here asking for that kind of help. Id reach out and slap you if i could. I wish i had that problem. :smash:

Try cuting out the majority of the carbs and hit the cardio at least 4-5 times a week for 30-50min a day. An E/C/A stack with help as well. If you are looking for a cycle to help, you can e-mail me and i'll help you make one to fit your goals. Best of luck!

It's a fact that if you burn more calories than you consume, you're going to lose masss. Depending on type of diet and calorie burning (ie: cardio) you can get cut with some self-discipline. ;)
