In a good way of course, but you should all know I didn't invent anything, all the components of my plan have been available for years and years, I just slapped some things together and probably the only new thing I did, besides testing before posting, was to create the spreadsheets to actually keep track of what you are doing and in some cases "predict" (that is heavy word to use in this context) what your weigth-loss could look like if you stick to the plan.
Now my question, it's exactly this predicting part that takes the most tweaking since an excel spreadsheet cannot account for all the different body-types there are. Nevertheless, by using multipliers, one can modify the values so that is resembles reality a bit.
What I would like to know, if you have used my calculator or my plan, did the wright loss looked similar to what it was predicted? How much of a difference did you see over time?
Important also, what is your body type? Endo, meso, ecto?... I'd like to create an statistical driven spradsheet, where you type your weight, your bf and your body type and it should work out your particular numbers (caloric intake, expected weight loss/gain, etc)
Obviously, data is needed for that, so I'm counting on your guys to provide data and later test it if you will..
see you
