Heres the deal:
Train
-then-
3 scoops whey, 1 scoop gatorade.
-then one hour later-
Can I eat say a large chicken breast and some almonds or ANPB? Or do I still need to be worried about fat riding that insulin spike? Should I sub some whole grain rice or oats for fats?
-Dieting right now also.
