question about walking/fat burning.

When people say that walking is good for burning fat, do they mean normal walking (like a stroll through the park or a walk around the country-side) or do they mean power walking?
Thanx!
 
I suppose we'd have to know who these people are and their desired approach.

Some can get by w/walking to burn fat, others have to turn up the intensity.

A general rule for lipolysis is 65-75% of MHR for 45 mins.

I've noticed that when I walk to class (about 30 min each way, 4x per week) I get a lot leaner! I walk moderately fast in (I keep it down so I don't sweat) and as fast as I can walk with a backpack on on my way home.
 
Take SC's advice, he completely without a doubt knows his shit. I am in the middle of his shredding program right now preparing for a show and his program is genious. Bam
