Q Regarding The ANPB Diet

I cant find ANPB anywhere so is it okay if I just use normal peanuts (unsalted)? and if so how many would make up a tablespoon?

Any reply would b appreciated

I am pretty sure about 30 peanuts make up a tablespoon (one serving) It's on the container of unsalted peanuts.
I don't see why you wouldn't be able to substitute it for ANPB. Go for it!

just take the serving size in grams and divide by the grams of fat per serving. Then take that number and multiply by the grams of fat you're supposed to eat for your meal. That will tell you the raw weight in grams. Then just get a gram scale and measure it out.

Example...
Serving size : 50 nuts (200grams)
Fat per serving : 16grams

200/16 = 12.5
12.5 * 25 = 312.5

312.5 grams of nuts is what you would eat to get exactly 25 grams of fat.

I made the numbers up so substitute them with your real numbers.

40 nuts or so is a serving with the nuts without shells. Unsalted would be better, less sodium content. Either way, yes, you can. Look at the ingredients on ANPB. Peanuts. Sometimes salt.

Where all have you looked? Even WalMart carries Smuckers ANPB in both crunchy and smooth. In fact you can get a giant jar of the smooth now.
