Putting in extra moves in Westside

I want to try and incorporate some movements, for my chest, biceps and calves. Considering those go almost totally unworked in westside. I want to try and keep some balance and proportion still.

If i were to put these in, in addition to the supplemental, and assitance moves already being used, would i risk overtraining? I do preform active recovery and eat very well.

Also I do some plyos about 6 hours after my leg days. Would this contribute toward overtraining as well?
 
your chest will grow on a WS-style program, also your calves and biceps, though maybe not as much as some people would like. i dont see how it could hurt if you dont do many sets or do them on off days
 
Im thinking...

Im thinking like 2-3 sets for chest. maybe incline one day, and dips the next bench day. Id probably use about 3 second negatives.
