Yes I did get stuck about a month ago doing decline bench press. It was at the end of my workout and I was shot. I do not have a spot as my hubby has to work all the time now. On my last rep I went down and every body part gave way and I was stuck. I sat there for a few moments, seemed like 5 hours holding the bar on my chest, till I could gain enough strength to push it off me onto the rack. One of the most embarrassing moments in the gym. When I do use a spotter, I alway emphasize for them to assist only at the sticking point. No one understands this and they try to help through the entire lift. Pisses me off because I can't get a good workout that way!! So I go it alone and push myself as far as I can go.
