Protien.. annoying

Sure Jkurz.. Im 5`10" 192lbs 13% bf My ultimate goal is to hit the 205-210 mark in about 2 months which seems reasonable.. Ive put on 10lbs so far this past month from what I am eating now and my workouts. Once I hit 205-210 Im gonna try to burn away enough bodyfat to get down to around 8% or so in which my diet will chage extremly when I get to that point.

9am Isopure with 1/2 cup oatmeal / 3g creatine
1130am 6eggs(5white/1yolk) 2 slice whole wheat toast
2pm 1 chicken breast 8oz/1/2 cup brown rice /Broccoli
330pm Bowl nonfat cottage cheese w/2 bananas sliced / 3g creatine
6pm 8oz beef steak / medium sweet potato
8pm - Workout
10pm- 2 servings musclemilk
12am - isopure / flax / 3g creatine / multivitamin / ZMA
1230am-930am sleep
 
Mystic, I started around the same stats as you and followed just about the same diet. Now I'm 5'10" 200 lbs. at 8%. Hopefully the diet will work the same way for you.

All packed brands have pretty much tons of sodium. Im not sure which ones have the least amount.

Sodium is on of the reasosn why i recommend you do it with the water all day.

If you upped water intake, and hit the sauna , maybe sodium will not be so much of a problem.

maybe distilled water can help rid of the sodium too?
