has anyone used the penta pro or the penta pro with flax.......i hear some good things about it but i dont see the nutritional information. how many servings per lb? how much carbs,protein,fat per serving???? can anyone help me here?? thanx

I just finished up my 4lbs. of Penta pro w/ flax and carbs. Get the Splenda, vanilla flavored stuff. It tastes damn good! I can't say that I have noticed any hing different or better about the protein factory stuff. I opted for a tub of optimum Nutrition vanilla this time.

get to know the owner of a small supp shop near ya if you can...mine hooks me up cause i come by alot and talk with him whenever i'm there...its so much better than protien factory i can't handle the taste on that shit...5 pound of optimum 100% whey for 30 bucks right down the street or 3 pounds of isopure zero card for the same...can't beat that for convience and price
