Hey guys, obviously new here so be gentle
Just wondering, I've heard lots of info on how much protein your body can store etc, how much it can 'take' in one go, if you will.
I'm just wondering, obviously there's not going to be a set amount, as a 50kg girl and a 100kg guy are going to have different protein needs and their body's handle protein differently.
Is there any way to gauge if I'm actually wasting the protein I'm eating or if it's actually being absorped properly for my body.
I'm a University student so supplements are expensive, even shakes are expensive for me, so if I can save myself a scoop (I'm not a tightass, I'm willing to use as many scoops as neccessary) or two, it helps me while having no negative effects on my training.
Any insight?
Cheers!
