Pretty solid routine, need opinions.

I squat instead of deads sometime and sometimes do both, but legs i just HATE! I cant concentrate with legs and just dont like the way they feel or anything.
 
Hmmm... Interesting how some posts get deleted, Moonstar are you that ashamed about your lack of leg training that you would delete posts about it? :( or am I wrong here? :confused:
 
Monstarr- I see nothin for legs on there, no squats or anything, just wondering why you decided that you didnt need them... I'm not flaming, just curious
 
My gym doesnt have a squat rack so I am stuck with leg presses and leg extensions which are still good in my opinion.. I also can do dumbbell lunges..

I think im changing my routine to 3 days a week which would work one routine twice in one week then 1 the next so it looks like this

Day 1: routine 1
Day 2:off
day 3: routine 2
day 4: off
day 5:routine 1:
day 6&7: OFF

Day 8: routine 2
day 9:off
day 10: routine 1
day 11:off
day 12: routine 2
day 13&14:off


Routine 1: Chest Delt Tris
Incline/flat Dumbell press 3x12-6
machine/inline smith press 2x12-6
flye variation 3x10
barbell/dumbell overhead press 3x10
side raises/upright rows 3x10
overhead tri DB ext. 3x10
push down 2x12
calf raises 3x12
Abs

Routine 2: Back Bi forearms
Chin up 3xfailure
row variation 3x10
deadlift 2x5
barbell/dumbell curl 2-3x10
cable/preacher curl 2x10 then maybe a drop set
maybe abs
wrist roller 3 sets

look any better?
