Hey guys
Well I just got my BF redone, as I needed another reference point to judge my progress and make sure I'm not dropping anything TOO FAST, lest I lose my lovely muscle
I just thought I'd share my progress for those who are interested.
Brief review:
My goal is body fat loss, with preservation of muscle from the 16 week bulk I just came off Mid Feb. My AM training has been changed to incorporate a pre/during workout shake & POST workout shake. My lifts have increased fabulously & it appears that the scale dropping, tape measurements decreasing, cuts & definition improving every day, and now drops in BF (I am more concerned with the drops in the actual skin fold measurements) all seem to say "i am doing something right..." ... last thing to do is update pics which will happen in a few days when I can locate my camera man
