^^ I'm loving it as well ... can't relate to the 3000 cals (anymore lol
) but I had a killer Shoulder workout today.
4 Purecee + 2 Cardio Breeze & I used YES this morning + the Pre/During WO Shake (10 oz Gatorade & 2 scoops ISO AGB --> This is my PWO shake as well)
I had alot on my mind & I find such sanity in training, so that could have also accounted for a great w/o, plus the things above, as MM mentioned... whatever it is, I'm enjoying it.
Little breakdown of my mini gains
SHOULDER PRESS & Arnold DB Press – (with the help of Rob Zombie)
I was able to stay at last weeks highest weight for duration of set & pumped out reps for both exercises
UPRIGHT BARBELL ROW – (*increased 5 lbs for last 3 sets from previous week*)
DB SHRUGS – (*able to stay at my max weight from last week for 3 more reps* I couldn't go up to 55 lb DBs because my grip would slip & always forget my wraps, maybe next time I'll try something else)
