hey guys,i have a question about pre and post work out nutrition in regards to a cutting diet as i am not noticing any fat loss results...
i training first thing in the morning at 6:00am,i have been having 1xeca stack, 30grams of whey,30grams of glucose and 15grams of BCAA pre work out and then post work out 60grams of whey and 60grams of glucose,10grams of creatine,10grams of glutamine.
now i have been consumining 2500cals including that pre and post work out concoction, i want to know if it is best to cut those pre& post work out carbs and substitute them for other forms of carbs through out the day such as oats, brown rice, potato sweet potato etc?
this is what my diet looks like so far,i have been adding in 2 cups of greens into my diet after getting replies on a previous thread
