Ok...i need some help....At the begging of the summer( end of college year -was working out twice and day and stuff) at 5' 9" i was 177lbs...pretty strict diet...but was decently cut but not strong (struggled with 225 maxed 245 ) now the end of the summer i am 193lbs (probably 12 or 13% BF -- rep 225 max 315) ...........i do not want to lose my strength gains or the mass.....i really just want to convert the fat into lean body mass.....
so..
can you help me pick a diet....
should i consumer 1-2 grams protein for lb bodyweight...?
how many carbs should i take in a day?
about how much good fats should i take in?
i know to eat 6 meals aday
and what foods should i complelety steer clear from---i mean i know the obious ones
please help me... i need to get jacked now
