Please Help ! Injury, sust.250

I have been on Sustenon 250. I just took my last injection 2 days ago.
250mg/week. I look like the puffy marshmellow man, right now. I screwed up my shoulder while working out (too much weight) about a week ago. My left shoulder makes a crackling noise every time I move it around and it hurts when I move it around, especially after a bench press workout (the next day).
Should I continue working out and deal with the pain of my left shoulder or should I stop working out and give up, and just do my pct (nolvadex) and let my shoulder heal ?

Will my shoulder get worse if I continue working out and putting up with the painful shoulder ?

Should I stop working out and let it heal.... Will my shoulder heal if I stop now ?

I just went thru the same exact thing, over the course of 2 weeks for so it was quite painful. I believe it came from my bench press going up so quickly while on the sust. I kept with it, and dropped my bench weight down to a more comfortable level, and gave a little extra recup time after each workout, and now I am back to using heavier weights and clicking / pain has finally stopped.

Hope this helps knowing someone else felt your exact situation.

....because he didn't take any Arimidex or anti-e and most likely is prone to bloat.

Go light on the bench if at all but be sure to do your supporting lifts...incline, flies, machines, etc. Re-evaluate in 1-2 weeks.

he was only on sust250 a wk arimidex is needed..that is going to be my first cycle but i was advised for PCT to be nolva on hand during just in case of gyno, clomid 3 wks after last shot for 3 wks and HCG but no one recommended arimidex? im still a little confused on how to administer the HCG is it needed? and when would you take the arimidex?
 
Give the shoulder some time off. Train legs, arms something that is easy on the shoulder. Flat bench is a bitch on the rotator cuff. When you go back to training chest try inclines you should get great results with moderate weight and strict form. And warm up we all from time to time start to feel a little imortal and skip a good warm up only to be reminded later that we are still human.
 
Typically A-dex would not be needed for this dosage. I have a fella in the gym that was also a balloon on 250mg Test. Some people just react poorly to Test with severe bloat. It is my understanding that Sust causes the most problems to those that are prone to bloat....but this doesn't happen to everyone. Diet is also a factor. This most likely is his first cycle so he wouldn't have known his sides in advance....thankfully he was smart enough to do a Test only cycle first.

Research the PCT forum for recommendations. Drjmw and Jenetic have some excellent posts on this subject. I will never again do PCT without Nolva, Clomid, and HCG....that's just me....others may tell you differently. You need to determine what works for you and run with it!

yeah thats what im doing in January, sust250 only for 10wks @ 250mgs a/wk, i have the clomid understanding down, and the nolva, but alot of people have recommended not running the clomid for PCT and instead just doing the Nolva for PCT. when on sust, say your training to gain lean mass..what should your diet consist of....alot of protein, moderate carbs, low fat? what kind of a diet would bloat you off sust?
 
OMFG! 250 test per week and you bloated? I can take 500mgs of Test per week and not bloat at all! But.....then again I'm taking 50mgs of Proviron per day. That might help too.

IMO...stay away from bench press. I hate that fucking thing. I always end up in either an elbow cracking or shoulder all fucked up for days. Do the hammer strenght bench press better.
 
sus bloat is all about diet! i mostly do sus and as you can tell by my pic there is no bloat!

about the shoulder...make sure you train your rear delts and rhomboids-you need to be able to pull your shoulders back to get them the hell out of chest movements-that's why you're supposed to stick your chest out-it pulls your delts back so they aren't trying to be agonists in the movement (they aren't as strong as pecs so they get hurt with the weight you bench with)
