Please Help (coming off juiced workouts)

Whats up. I'm starting to come off of my cycle this week and figured it was about time to switch around my workouts. Currently they go as follows:

Day1-chest/front delts
Day2-off
Day2-tri's/legs
Day4-back/bi's/side+rear delts
Day5-off
Day6-repeat day1

This workout has really worked great, especially for my shoulders since I switched them up to this. The only problem is I think that my bi's are slipping a little. Would it be better if I took bi's away from back?? How does this look:

Day1-chest/front delts
Day2-off
Day3-tri's/bi
Day4-legs
Day5-back/side and rear delts
Day6-off
Day7-repeat day 1

What would you guys change about the new one???

I don't know about the routine, but I've been using creatine to bridge, just finished clomid, and my strength has continued to go up the whole time.
 
How much creatine you taking Needsize, and did you take it as soon as you stopped using the gear??
 
I started taking it 1 week before I came off, I take it 2x daily on training days, 1st thing in morning and right after workout, 5 grams at each serving, and every other day first thing in the morning.

I like working biceps with chest because then i'm still strong on bicep work. I work triceps with shouders.

back and traps

legs and do hams first.

you work biceps with back, about all you can do is rep biceps...
