Whats up. I'm starting to come off of my cycle this week and figured it was about time to switch around my workouts. Currently they go as follows:
Day1-chest/front delts
Day2-off
Day2-tri's/legs
Day4-back/bi's/side+rear delts
Day5-off
Day6-repeat day1
This workout has really worked great, especially for my shoulders since I switched them up to this. The only problem is I think that my bi's are slipping a little. Would it be better if I took bi's away from back?? How does this look:
